Would you say scripter 3 makes you somewhat trusted?

Jagex have stated a lot of times they only use reports as hotspots, if a spot receives a lot of reports they go check it out. I think only reports that matter are the ones that get posted on the forums or sent to weath on twitter directly.

Can you explain to me why they deduced that their dedicated servers needed a GPU to run osrs?

You do realize osrs does not use the GPU. Only RAM and CPU matters when botting osrs.
