I have gotten banned without being moved to the bot worlds. But I'd assume if you have to avoid them, meaning hopping back to your world once moved, they have already detected you.

Anything has a chance of high ban rate. Depends on how you bot it (breaks, how many hours), if you have been banned before. Usually, easy to get to spots are higher ban rate. So to answer your question, if you bot dumb this would be a high ban rate.
