  1. I took a pretty big break from RS as well but I am starting to play again little by little and I am enjoying it. You should try it too. If you're just bored than quit but maybe you will enjoy it again.
  2. They would most likely get banned around the same time. I doubt chances of being banned are reduced if your member since Jagex most likely uses the same bot detection system for both free-to-play and pay-to-play.
  3. Also, repetitive movement (not speed), amount of time spent doing certain skills
  4. That's a lot of point. I don't think you will be able to avoid bot detection if you do it 24/7 but who knows. My guess is around 1500-2500 until ban, let's hope you get to 10k. Good luck.
  5. It's a three way. That's why the middle is throwing people off.
  6. I've used CyberGhost and Hotspot Shield. They are both easy to use and quick. Others available are SurfEasy and Tunnelbear but these have download caps so I don't use these.
  7. Couldn't you use a VPN while your testing just to be extra safe?
  8. Ouch, that looks painful. Best of luck with recovery and be careful.
  9. Thank you Thank you. Yeah I haven't been watching Naruto anime due to all the fillers but the part 3 is getting pretty good in the manga. I can't wait to go home today and read it. Thank you so much.
  10. It's not for everyone lol. Completely understand. C++ was first language they taught at my University. Good luck with it, hope you enjoy it. Thank you so much. Thank you. I don't currently have a Skype because I forgot my password but if I make one again. I will definitely add you. Best of luck with your networking studies.
  11. Good luck.
  12. Hello everyone, I joined this community earlier today and I thought I'd make myself an introduction. A little bit about myself, I'm a computer science student who is soon to graduate. I am currently learning C# and next semester I will be having a class about Networking. I'm currently 21 years old and I have been playing RS for around 7 years. I have never played Old School RuneScape but I thought I would give it a try since I am maxed on RS3 and getting bored of League of Legends. I enjoy anime and manga especially One Piece manga currently because things are getting crazy and I also like being apart of forums. I usually try to help out where I can but I'm not really an expert. Anyways, nice to meet you guys. See you around.
  13. It's more likely that you were keylogged than a script being at fault. I would run some malware tests for your computer. After you do all that, you should change all your passwords and other important things.
  14. There are most likely more bots in free-to-play than in members, that's why you would hear about free-to-play bans more than members being banned. Plus free-to-play is a much smaller map space, so there are less places to search and most bots are all huddled together in a small area because they are running the same script. I'm not an expert but that's just my guess. I'm in computer science and I know if I was Jagex and I was writing the code to search for bots. I wouldn't treat free-to-play and pay-to-play bots any differently. It's all same.
  15. Most likely the same.It probably depends more on the scripts you use and how long you bot for rather than if your a member or not.
  16. Mine is around 3.6I probably pack in more classes per semester than you because I do not need to work which gets me closer to graduation much faster. A few of my friends work a lot of hours throughout the week and take less classes so they graduating almost a year or 2 after me. I plan to work when I am working for my master's and do that at a slower pace. I think it is just preference on how you want to balance your studies and work.
  17. That looks really good to me.
  18. Probably doesn't really help that much to be a member since Jagex most like uses the same detection methods for both free-to-play and members.
  19. Rest in pepperoni's. Better luck next time.

I been playing this game for a few weeks now and it really is fun when you are bored and just want to pass time. I played it in class a few times too lol.
  21. 1. mouse recorder 2. Early game tasks like doing stronghold of security and easy quests 3. Item gatherer 4. splasher 5. bone collector/burier 6. bank evaluvator - estimates price of persons bank 7. bank organizer
  22. We've all been had.
  23. That sucks but it doesn't seem like you lost much so that's good.
  24. Mouse profiling makes sense for the mouse movements but I just don't think speed really goes into it.I guess I just don't really understand what you are saying about distance because getting distance from one point to another and then calculating the speed based off of that distance just seems so ineffcient and unrealistic thing to do for catching bots. It makes more sense to look at the points where the mouse clicks are occuring (so you can look for recursion) and also looking for client detection instead.
