Those seem pretty good to me. You could randomize them a little more but it's fine.

I doubt it was either of the botting sites. The scripts are checked in both places before release. You already scanned your computer and stuff set up authenticator so you should be okay now hopefully.

There easier ways of getting around annoying signatures. I usually keep the signatures up though unless they are just ridiculously large.

I'd try to recover your old accounts and not bot on the one that already had a ban before because it is probably monitored still. I'd just start new bots and make one of those accounts into a mule.

Sell the account and start up another. Someone else may have more use for it since the account is going to monitored a lot more heavily now.

I doubt it was the trades which got you caught. Plus, if they were looking for trades, wouldn't they look for more ridiculous amounts being transferred? Like from major goldfarmers, not just 2m. Tracking all the trades on Runescape would be a massive task to do, especially on both RS3 and OS. Think about the amount of data there. It's more likely that they tracked the IP's on the those account's and were able to link them together like that. If one of those bots got flagged for using the client, then it wouldn't be difficult after that to link it to all your other accounts when you go to transfer money or logs around.
