If there's an animation but it isn't constant you can make use of timers, I believe Juggles has a snippet in the snippet section. If there's not an animation, you can make use of the inventory.

Take up a new skill. I'm re-starting MMA soon as since I stopped Thai boxing while coming to Uni my motivation levels dropped just like yours and even though it's only a few hours a week, it's a perk up that transfers to the rest of the day

There's already an open source login handler if you want to customise it and even so it's not particularly difficult to create your own.

Most likely deprecated, don't really need to use them anyway and if you're so desperate you can make your own pretty easily.
