  2. While i understand your frustration, that is still largely irrelevant. Fact is, you tried to get a cheaper price by doing this with the worker directly. Thats not how services work and you should know that seeing as you previously hired Hope's AIO to do a service for you. When you were approached by the ex-worker, instead of doing what you did earlier (Ticket -> Pay Hope etc..) You decided to deal with him directly because he was cheaper. While you might've been under the impression that he was one of hopes workers since he had recently completed something for you, if you had bothered to check the server before assuming so, you would've seen that the user was no longer part of Hope's AIO team. We will not be holding Hope responsible here, this is largely down to your clumsiness really.

Going by the screenshots @Doc init it seems like you decided to deal with the worker independantly. @Hope has nothing to do with this seeing as he removed the worker from his staff before the worker even approached you. Is there anything else you would like to add before we make a decision @Doc init

  15. That is fine. Due to the breach of contract, you're well within your rights to terminate your contract with him. However, let me discuss this with the staff team to see whether or not we'll be punishing him further.

  22. Yeah i get what you mean, still doesn't seem like he jet off with "much" in terms of value, hence why i dont think this a scam quit, but hey i could be wrong. Hes got 8 more hours until hes banned.
  23. User is already in TWC. I dont personally think hes scam quit, rather something has popped up IRL, however he will be banned if he doesn't refund within the given timeframe and will only be unbanned once everyone is refunded.
