Using a VPN, in my opinion, is a surefire way to tell jagex you're up to shifty shit. Especially if it's available to the public. And finally, they do still hand out two day bans, they just figured you were using that account for goldfarming and not for your own entertainment. Source: 2day ban on 13th of october 12pm fagex time on my main 120+qp and 9m total exp at the time.
