First, there is a difference between vpn and vps. Get that sorted. Next you get a dedi to run those bots. Of course there a variables involved such as processor/ram etc to determine how many bots you can run. Suggest you read some guides before starting.

Lot's of variables. Perhaps when you test with a larger sample size, you can come to your own conclusion. Have no issues with dev/stable.

Player reports > mouse movement Mouse movement contributes little to none imo. I've done tons of 100~hr progs on highly repetitive tasks such as fishing/agility/hunter etc on injection. Not a fan of mirror mode btw. Till date, I believe player reports has the highest contributing factor to getting your account banned.
