  2. Perhaps you could put in a way that if you use the api, the chances of getting ban is higher. We tend to use custom interactions.
  3. Looter makes good money. Who says no to good money
  4. Private method? I doubt so. I believe whatever method that you are using is not private. Perhaps you are referring to a private script that does a certain method. Now back to the point. Tabs are fun and of course as usual, lots of people are actually doing it. Maybe you should bot some f2p for cash flow before moving on to larger bot farms.
  5. Check if you have java installed. Download it if you don't. If you have, you could just right-click file and open with java
  6. Give it to some s2, what if no s2 wants to do it? Ever thought about that?
  7. Simply put, let's have a strict and perhaps cleaner marketplace. I guess there's no need for recommendations. If you need to buy you post, same goes for selling. I believe that 100 post for selling accounts seems to be dying off. Perhaps a new set of criteria should be laid on the table with regards to account selling.
  8. I think if you do not input an account it will work. Running the client as default?
  9. 1k Post 200+ Fb 1 Year Lifetime and OR + Donor Have to been deemed trusted by the majority No history of issues
  10. disable no randoms in CLI, create your own loginEvent
  11. Thanks for the input guys. I know google has lots of stuff to search on. But in terms of RS botting. Why choose cent0S, debian or ubuntu? Was it preference, easy to use, less complicated? I have only used Win R12 server previously, so i'm not very familiar with linux.
  12. No idea, is it better compared to the ones mentioned? Sounds good. Thanks for input
  13. Basically, I will be expanding bots further onto VPS. As I lack experience on this, perhaps someone can recommend which OS to use and why? Thanks
  14. In the context of scripts getting broken. Possible ideas. Instead of OSBOT Official Scripts. Would it be viable to have a the development team to decide which scripts will last long, and partner that particular scripter. In an event the scripter leaves, scripts break, dev team are able to take over. This however implies that the script "might be better(well maintained), increase sales of that particular script, and decreasing sales of other scripts. <Have not thought of any ideas yet, feel free to input> Then again, it's all about time and money. Are the dev team willing to spend time to maintain a script that they previously partnered with. If no, will users be refunded? If refunded, could there be a system to decide how much should be refunded? For example, a script that cost $2, users will not be refunded in any situation. However for a script that cost $20, if the user has only used for 1 month. How much could he be refunded? Though the majority of the scripts bought will last forever, perhaps we should lay down several criteria on the table. If we do decide on refunds. I believe the best interest is to retain players who buy the scripts and at the same time consider incentives for long serving scripters.
  15. You can risk it if you want to. Else, why not spend some money and get a proxy for your bots.
  16. Let's face it, in today's botting world. Scripts if not most script methods are overused. However, to provide users with a script that reduces bans these days is actually possible to some extent. As I go through a couple of criteria/requirements stated below, perhaps we might see changes in the future. In threads, players do not report the exact details upon time of ban. (Useful or Valid as mentioned by Shudsy) Eg. Botting time (Claiming to bot for only 3 hours, but in actual fact for god knows the player has botted for 15 hours*) Claiming to use only 1 particular script but used multiple scripts over that period of time. And yes, it is unlikely that free scripts will ever get unique profiling. Come on, I'm not saying that free scripts are not good. Honestly I have used a few in moderation, and it turned out pretty well. I believe we need more integration, honesty when discussing bans if we ever want to reduce bans. Just some things to ponder about. No hard feelings to players who actually did the above.
