they did a new rule saying i'm supposed to help them try to recover the account for 6 months

Basically, I sold an account to playerkiller, put in my bank account and closed my paypal due to being scared of a chargeback. 20+ Days later they tell me the account is hacked and need to me to recover and I tried and it might get declined due to me not remembering any of the first passwords/recoveries.
