Since that thread has no pricing mentioned. I assume you contacted him on skype? Can we have the full chat log screenshots confirming the price you bought it at. Secondly if he didn't mention anything about an OO why didn't you ask? Though he should have told you who the OO was regardless.

About the refund amount I can't really enforce a refund of 250M since we can't prove that you had 25M worth of items on both accounts (50M in total). It's all up to you. Are you planning on running more than 2 bots? since you'll need VIP or sponsor. Are you planning on doing a mem method? F2P is cheap but you get banned faster and you'll make less quite simply.
