Since that thread has no pricing mentioned. I assume you contacted him on skype? Can we have the full chat log screenshots confirming the price you bought it at. Secondly if he didn't mention anything about an OO why didn't you ask? Though he should have told you who the OO was regardless.

About the refund amount I can't really enforce a refund of 250M since we can't prove that you had 25M worth of items on both accounts (50M in total). That being said this will be decided on later by the other staff. Can you post the account thread link (the offsite one)?
