Doesnt matter when you cancel it, just has to be before the 31 days else you will receive another 31 days and 10$ will be taken from your paypal. Cancel doesn't mean charge back ofcourse. You will still have the 31 days , yes. Something else? ;)

Yes it will re new automatically. To cancel it : Open your client area Go to 'purchases'. Search for your VIP purchase and click on it. On the right there is a 'cancel' button. Click on it. It will cancel your subscription, meaning that your VIP won't renew it self. Or you can cancel it on paypal too. Anything else?
