shes going through a lot and decides taking 12+ hours to reply to a message is acceptable, she's been really slack and wouldn't even call me on valentines day (as I'm in another state as her for the next 10 days) now proceeds to say we're fine whilst still not replying for 12+ hours a message, its ridiculous.

Use premium scripts, take regular breaks and baby sit (watch a movie or something whilst checking on bot), Try to communicate with players doing same things if they start conversation to seem legitimate.

yeah you want your account to look as normal as possible look at the guide on reducing ban risks in the guides section.

With no breaks its a high ban rate, breaks every 2 hours for 10 minutes or so would be decent lower chance of being banned.
