Hello OSBoticans, I've finally finished the OSBot 2.1.1 release. It might be missing some features as previously planned such as fully working randoms. However, it's a big step up! The bot's API is nearly as stable, or even better than OSBot 1's and its CPU usage has drastically dropped! We're still working on refining it further. We've redesigned the GUI somewhat to optimize it for low-resolution machines. SOCKS proxy support has started to be added (but has not been tested!). Additionally, the packaging of OSBot 2.1.X has changed somewhat. Script writers will simply need to re-import any moved classes. Because it sucks. The only thing that is keeping community is that osbot was developed quickly so there was not much of choice which bot u want to use, now we have plenty of better bots. But yh, I wont move cuz i spent too much time on developing current scripts.

This also stands for me, I have just gotten home from college. So using 'they' when complaining about the removal of the rank, is a bit unfair. As neither @Smart or myself know why the rank was removed, nor do we mistreat people on this forum.

A lot of work went into making this release possible. I expect there to still be bugs, but it's coming along.

Well, I found even more bugs when I was pulled to help out. So, it's definitely not coming out right now or at least until we rectify all of the identified bugs. Basically, it's coming out when the known bugs are fixed, perhaps today, perhaps not.

@Laz sent me a text while I was at work(or I would have posted this sooner) letting me know some real life issues came up and the client will be released tomorrow. He didn't have time to get on and upload it tonight. Told me he apologizes to everyone and it will be released tomorrow sometime.

I think this would be minimized if there were more scripter restrictions. I feel like half of the time people don't update or their script has consistent bugs is because of their lack of knowledge on how to fix it.

Anyways, I just woke up, so I don't know why it was removed, but if I were to make an assumption to why it was removed, it'd be this: I'll close this for now, since this isn't going anywhere. If the person that removed it decides to provide the reason, they can re-open it

I know many others that works exactly like osbot: paid+free scripts. Osbot is not free at all if you want to have best working script.

Your rank was removed for a completely different reason. You personally asked to remove your scripts from the SDN, the rank "SDN Scripter" is for people with scripts on the SDN (not rocket science). You no longer have any and therefore are not qualified for the rank. Simple as that. Nothing to do with the staff "mistreating" you, this is a result of your own actions.

There is no relation between loyalty and exclusivity in this case. This isn't religion. You can be a loyal member to more than one botting community. If anything, I'd be saying it's the community's lose not to appreciate a valuable member.

How.. was I not.. in any shape or form.. not loyal to OSBot? How does being an exclusive member equal to being loyal? You people seems to forget that I held OSBot and it's staff high when all your ex-Staff members were posting threads allover the place about how corrupt the business was. I was the ONLY non-Staff member to back them up and I would still do it again. When you go against everyone to prove you love this community - Come talk to me again, otherwise you can't say I am not loyal. I always have been loyal. And when your own staff turned their backs on you I tried my best to help around. Sorry, but VERY few were anywhere as loyal as I have been.

Ande's Quester I'm trying to script all F2P quests because why not. After I've done all the f2p ones I'll add some p2p quests too. I think I'll record videos of some quests soon. I'm trying to make the script to collect most of the items if it doesn't take too much time. For most quests you need almost no items. Sadly, I have no knowledge of why your rank has been removed and I am sorry for the confusion that has taken place. You really need to brush up your definition of loyal(loyalty). You don't have to give something to be loyal, I'm sorry if OSBot fed you that idea. Being true and humble to your community, group, partner is being loyal. I haven't given OSBot anything, I don't pay VIP, I don't donate, no Sponsor, all I do is chat with the community and help whenever I can. Simple as that. I've never donated to the business but I've donated my money I earned from scripts to community members who were in need. Obviously these are things you don't know. You don't even know how many scammers I helped rebuild and refund what they stole and convinced to not scam and till today they're still amongst us, even in this very thread and are trusted members who even turned into genuine people. I haven't shown loyalty to another botting community, I just script elsewhere because the client is far better, your own Scripters can clarify whether that's true or not, because alot of them are on that same bot too. Simple as that. OT: Can a mod please come up with an answer. If I'm going to be treated this way by the staff then I'm sorry, I have nothing to do here.

Hello community, OSBot 2.1.X will be released this weekend with many bugs and performance enhancements. Proxy support will have been added as well as other features that have been proposed. Additionally we've decided to not release the API's source code but simply provide the source code to certain items on request. This decision was made on behalf of the fact that we're trying to combat RuneScape's botting profiling techniques. Having an open source API will not benefit that cause and will not benefit the end-users of our botting software. Nearly all random event solvers will have been implemented successfully on the OSBot 2.1.X release. Following this release, our script developers will commence the development of brand new, higher-quality scripts. Also, OSBot 2.1.X is supposed to succeed OSBot 1 as the botting core being used to run scripts. OSBot 2.1.X has a brilliant script emulator which allows it to run OSBot 1 scripts like any other script. Once this feature is working flawlessly, we will fully discontinue development on the original client. Not only are we going to be releasing a brand new botting engine, we are also planning on adding MANY new features and services to the website. The point need to be addressed of which is he acting like he only thought i was a single helm order so that he could get away with saying that the order was almost done and in turn getting paid for it "hoping that i did not have screenshots of the agreed order of full void" its extortion in that case needs to be more heavily looked at.

They're arguing it out on Skype and both want the money, lol. I'll just wait for this to be solved. It'll save me a lot of time and stress from trying to settle it myself.
