I then purchased 7.2M for $16.00. I then done a third and final deal for 20M which is $48. I paid him that. Between third and fourth deal I had paypal problems as my card was declined so I asked my friend to send me money to buy the gold from him and i would give him money back and then you can see afterwards that I sent the $48. "It will be taken care of in less than 24 hours."... It takes literally 30 seconds to handle a reported post, I don't want someone to have to make a thread asking why their report wasn't handled.

I disagree with your first point. I'd rather have mods that just screw around then some uptight that give warning points for every little thing. 99% of the people here are for the client and not the forums. We could be the rudest, most inconsiderate assholes on the forums but it wouldn't matter because when it comes down to it people are here for the client and scripts. I do however agree with your second point that people are being promoted to quickly. First of all, the current staff team is mostly composed of people that got up and left for another client just because "OSBot sucked and was going down the drain" and once they realized they were wrong came back over here. Yeah, that's what we want. A bunch of followers in the staff. The only legit ones in my eyes at the moment are @Jordan, @Gilgad and @Maldesto (despite himself admitting he's scammed in the past. History repeats itself but oh well). Second, I find it pathetic how people get promoted just based on the fact that they were friends of the current staff team or have held staff positions on sites in the past. A monkey could post on threads with random responses like "nice job" or "welcome to the site". That proves nothing. Oh, and where's Lysanias guys? Lastly, I think it would be more beneficial to have people experienced with Java (such as @Pain, @Eliot, @Cinnamon and don't even think this is me asking for a staff spot because after more thought I would never join). Half the "useful posts" staff members make are completely retarded for the issue the user is experiencing. It may look like their helping but anyone who even knows what a stack trace is could tell you their input is void.

I think there's a line for volunteer mods. We're respected/trusted members who don't get paid. We want to get fun out of it, but also do out job well. But I do agree some of us need to improve. Well it seems to me like you have issues with three sections of market restrictions. Those seem to be the recent closing of your shops, the Global T.O.S, and also post restriction. Let us address all three areas so I can better explain the motives behind each action. Now, if you're referring to the closing of your shops recently that is simply because you cannot farm feedback for .10 cents. You do not become trusted for providing miniscule services trying to boost your feedback. Furthermore, if you're talking about the new Global T.O.S, this is simply to protect users that lack a basic agreement. Also it is an addition to people who already have a T.O.S and in no way hurts any users in the marketplace. Now onto post restriction, that has just been changed to the account section only due to a rule that we're going to add at a later date. We're looking to try and make the market an overall safer environment and a few basic restrictions help us to achieve that goal.
