Scammers from other communities should not be allowed on this community, it is stupid to allow someone that has scammed 1b somewhere to allow them on this forum.. you are just giving the scammer the chance to scam again which then makes you a part of their schemes as you give them that opportunity to do it. I'd like to introduce myself again and explain my inactivity over the last few months. A while ago I had several successful scripts: GDK, Abyss, AIO Runecrafter... If you were around then, you'll remember that all the scripts began to decline at the same time due to my inactivity. The reason for this was mainly due to some nasty family issues. If you really want to know the ins and outs of what happened, feel free to pm me or message me in chat sometime. This not only affected my scripts, but school and my life in general. I wanted to get everything back on track before even thinking about my scripts. I hope you understand this, and I really want to make up for it. 99% of these issues have now been sorted and as a result, I'll be returning to OSBot, with the intention of putting 110% into everything I do. You can expect the release of several scripts over the next few weeks (one of which I have almost finished and I think a lot of people will be excited about!). The people of OSBOT should really be more supportive with eachother. All I ever see on people's goal thread are members, vip's, AND even sponsors discouraging people from botting. For example, someone asked for somewhere to train on a pure. I suggested experiments, and everyone said oh no don't bot there you'll be banned, experiments is a high ban rate don't do it. Looking at other threads, someone plans to run 8-30 GDK scripts - everyone says don't do it you'll get banned, i suggest something else high requirements and high ban rate. And another one for ankous, people just said how does it feel to waste a P2p, you'll never make it, GF banned in 1 day. Not to call everyone out or sound like a dick, but people need to be more supportive for eachother around here it's really a joke. Especially the high ranked members on this forum, you guys should know better. Come on.

Please, it would be so much better.... We only have 1.1k hits on our rules page, even though we get 2k online a day! You could also make it so that before registering you have to read the rules, and agree to them.

Many people have asked how do you get by with botting so often and not getting caught. Well i am here to explain to you the best and basic ways of avoiding ip bans. ~#1~ # of Accounts Do you like to bot 20, 30, 50! accounts? Keep in mind if you are going to bot a numerous amount of accounts, you are ALWAYS prone to being banned. Why? Cause there is a very low population on 07rs and the more accounts you make, the more noticable it is. Also it is coming from 1 ip address, but this is not the case for everyone Fear not it is still possible though, read on. ~#2~ VPN/VPS I recommend you do NOT use Vps's as they are pre-flagged by jagex for known goldfarming use. Where do you think those vps servers are coming from? some1 elses ip address just like yours and it is very possible to ban it, only it effects multiple people that use it, not just 1 person. ALWAYS try to use your own resources such as ip address there is a 0% chance your ip address is ip-flagged and will give you a 100% chance of fair goldfarming without a pre-flagged ip waiting to ban you. If a vps is your thing, or your pc can't handle the number of bots by all means use a Vps, but you will take your 0% chance and turn it into 50% of being banned, due to pre-flagged ip's The work around is to use VirtualMachine, i can run 5 OS systems on my 1 computer and bot about 3-4 accounts per OS It uses minimal pc resources vs running 1 client with 15 bots. ~#3~ Location Location Location. This is 1 of the important things to remember. When using a script that you know other people have, you are taking a risk of being banned, same game play style, same spots being used, jealous botters reporting other botters etc.. ALWAYS choose the low populated worlds, many of you say why not w1? there are 2k players it would be impossible to be reported. WRONG, Going to higher pop worlds, actually increases your chances of being banned, Why? 1. once someone realizes your botting, multiple people report you resulting in an almost immediate ban. 2. MANY players like you think the same thing, log into a very populated world, well when multiple people think that, it lets them know that you are a bot and are just trying to get in a pop world to avoid it, and many people know about this including me. ALWAYS use low pop worlds, and ALWAYS make sure the opposing bot is unaware or you make yourself human-like in there presents For if you are reported by that person, chances are you won't be banned for acting human around the reporting player and will pass as a false report. ~#4~ Profits. Many of you goldfarmers only care about making THE MOST money per hour. Well being greedy has it's prices. Well lets do the math here. 15x bots x 1m p/h = 100's of millions vs 15x bots x 500k p/h = 100's of million How you might ask? It;s not about the profit you make, it's about how long you make it in the long run. Lets show another equation. 15x bots x 1m p/h x banned in 1 week = 100mil 15x bots x 500k p/h x banned in 3 weeks = 300mil See the difference? even though 1 of them is making 1m p/h the other is making 500k p/h but still UNBANNED therefor in the long run they made 300m over 100m. Do NOT worry about your hourly income, worry about your over-all income, do NOT get greedy and try to make all the money the first day, you WILL get banned, instead level it out and you will last MUCH longer. ~5~ Flawless vs Flawed scripts. This is the #1 cause of bans through out runescape Many of you say what about the randoms? the client is broken on randoms. 1. randoms only determine a small portion of your human-like activities, but it is more than possible to fail randoms legit botting or not. So do not blame randoms for your ban, they are only a portion. MANY bans come from lack of updates/lack of flawless scripts. When you use a flawed script you are already looking forward to being banned Why? The script is un-human like, the script mass clicks, the script just stands there for hours on end doing nothing etc.. THIS will get you banned in a heartbeat, when it comes to goldfarming ALWAYS use the best scripts possible Remember ALL 20-100 accounts your botting, are using that flawed script, and once 1 is discovered, so are the rest. vs Using the best flawless script there is, and acting VERY human-like But remember, not everyone has access to flawless scripts, or has the money to buy them There is no work around for this, if you are running a goldfarm, it is best to invest in quality scripts, or else you will have nothing. 500$ lost due to a ban vs 10$ for a flawless script, well what is worth it in the long run? ~#6~ Time Do NOT run 24.7 i know many of you like to get the most for there money but same thing as stated in #4 Profits. ~~~This guide will not insure 100% you won't get banned, this guide is not written as a guide to make more money I am not resposible for any bans/muted that happen to you This is a guide simply written to help you avoid being ip banned, and to help you successfully run a goldfarm. If you follow these rules, you will cut your ban down by almost 40%!! that is a big difference when running 10+ bots How? I have ran my new goldfarm for 3 weeks now, and my old one months before without 1 single ban on any of my accounts all it takes is "BOT SMART" I will add more if i find anything, but as far as this goes, i listed just about everything.~~~ I took time out of my day to write this for you members, please no negative comments, if you do not agree simply leave the topic, if you like, please be positive as following these methods have ALWAYS worked for me.

I do not want to leave my scripts unattended and customers left in the dark, so, I will be giving out my source codes to someone who wants them, who I deem worthy, so that person can take over development. @5uck would make a good Script Manager. Super Moderator was taken away from me because I wasn't a Super Moderator. My primary purpose is to maintain the SDN and keep things orderly as it relates to scripting and the scripting community. There have been major issues with script update times and adding new scripts to the SDN, and I'm here to resolve many of these issues and then some.

In two weeks OSBot will be having it's first scripting competition and we are in need of some sexy graphics from the GFX community. The following graphics are needed: 128x128 medal/trophy graphic -Colors of your choice -Says something alone the lines of "scripting competition winner", "OSbot script winner", "Scripting medal", etc. Small topic banner -Words to be included, "OSBot, Winter, Scripting/Scripter, Competition, 2013" -Colors would be light/dark blue, whites, anything that would reflect the winter season Credits will be given to the graphics which are used, deadline is 22 November 13. There's tons of threads like these, and not to put you down but they really don't do much good. There are a multitude of variables that can play a factor in whether you got banned or not, such as having a flagged IP, getting bot busted, using a terrible script, etc. Even if you took away the outliers it still would not be accurate as your only collecting data from people who see this thread and feel the need to post. The sample is not truly random.

Support. This would've stopped a few people such as @Manager from scamming on here, messaged a super with info that he was recently banned on a few other communities, mod ignored me. 2 weeks later scamquit.

Maybe its their honest opinion and they're trying to teach others from their past mistakes. (such as botting ankous/gdk)

These scripts were removed because they were inactive with no updates and were broken for a substantial amount of time. They were hidden from the store and not deleted; so if the script developers update their projects, I can easily add them back. Current users of premium scripts will be unaffected if they so choose to continue to use the script. Come on guys, give the man a break :p What he basically means is that there are alot of bots just standing in the RS worlds 24/7 spamming / advertising for bots so other people can use bots too, problem is jagex sees the adverts too. I dont think your idea is correct evil bender, but it certainly is a interesting one ;)
