Ok I've noticed one problem with the script. When I start the script at a certain area, and it happens to attack a monster just a little farther away, it will click on the map where i started the script, run back and click back on the monster it was fighting. Basically my character runs back and forth lol. I tried setting the fight area but it doesnt really work for me. Basically I think we need a fight radius option.

Make sure to start the script at the actual area for better success. So, start script at the desired fight location, add npc via the button, and it should work.

Add npc (name) is only reserved for supported and documented npcs, the script will search the current npc database for the nearest npc and will attempt to walk to it. But if the area is unsupported this will not work, so the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon for example, is still not added and there may be problems when walking to the dungeon. But if you are already inside the dungeon and start the script, it should be fine.

Although after the new update (v235) Karuulm and Corsair Cove will be supported, including the banks and all areas around it. The script has been programmed to know how to get there from anywhere.

Also, just a few more hours and I will get v235 online, I need to make sure it's perfect, apologies for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience ^^ :D All of the above posts/feedback/questions/bugs have been patched + included in the update. I made sure to push update v234.1 to iron out a few script-breaking bugs (small ones which affected the script in a big way). Stay tuned guys :)

Hey could you tell me what settings I need to place if I want to afk train sand crabs at the crabclaw isle? Because when I do it the script is malfunctioning. The script is running fine until the crabs need to be re-aggro'd, it clicks on the map for reset but stops midway and hovers the mouse on Sandicrahb or keep running up and down until I stop the script.

I cant seem to get the script setup correctly to safespot and cannon hillgiants in zeah on my pure. I select cannon mode, fight alongside cannon. designate fight zone, enable smart safespoting, set cannon location with f1 but it wont setup the cannon or run back to the safespot when it gets attacked. Im curious if im setting it up wrong.

I am so frustrated. Tried to leave my character to bot for a couple of hours only to realized it stops operating after 1 hour. It just stands there clicking on the same spot. I was fighting hill giants. Did i configure anything wrong?

 

Edits: seems like it breaks once it returns from OSBot's break session.

 

Edit 2: It seems like the script inbuilt break function did not resume the bot.

NMZ bugged it make eating the dwarf rock over absorption potion. please take a look

and why it taken me to varrock got me banned cause it was stuck.

Obvious mistakes like that CAN be blamed on the scripter. That wasn't a general risk issue.

A scripter who sells a finished product should either disable it until its safe and stable, or not sell it at all. I can understand there's a risk to an extent, but - it's runescape, its not code breaking rocket science. Most of the game is fully scripted, its HUMAN errors in the scripts that break. Scripts do what their told.

For style switching: I need to add a full system which supports every type of weapon for that. Couldn't replicate the Gnome Stronghold walking errors, it is working fine for me.  Tested from gnome stronghold center bank all the way to moss giants outside the stronghold, it works flawlessly. Please provide more info I will help and add a bugfix if necessary ASAP :D

Also, there was an update on Thursday, banking and camera error logs should no longer occur, thanks to the devs. It's all good now.

Stay tuned for the next update. Please provide detailed suggestions and/or bug reports so I can add your update as fast as possible!

Will also need some feedback from our mac/linux users, how is saving/loading profiles working? :D Hopefully it's fully working now.

Also, next update will be an insane improvement to the script's memory usage and performance. I'm talking BIG.

so low resource mode and minimal settings to kill cows via ranged is maxing out my cpu.. im running an overclocked 6 core i5 @5ghz all cores. this doesnt happen in anything other than a synthetic stress test. whats going on here?

confirmed it is this script giving me problems. all others ive tried on mirror mode worked fine. ~10% cpu usage

I'm presuming you're using mirror mode?

Patrick is looking into why some scripts are running like shiet after the last update :)
