He was removed from the staff team, we promoted @Dbuffed to trial moderator.  The actions @Stress showed the last few months were great, he was a great moderator and got promoted to super really quick. He then got caught up in some things he shouldn't have, and I found out. I take nothing more serious than privacy between the staff.
