They don't enforce it. Streamers and youtubers do it all the time.

It's not against the rules anymore, it is a "up to you" sort of thing.

OT: I guess if it were still against the rules then the user would have to be blatantly obvious about it(but really who's dumb enough to say there breaking a big rule aloud)?

A mod tweeted it/said it on stream once, It isnt under the reportable things via the ingame report anymore either.
