    gl man, i got to 95 on my main and did 92 smithing and then got banned because of smithing. fail. lol (used an edgeville smelter)

    yes it trains strength, usually by the time you get 99 fishing you'll have 74/75 str and agility.

    good luck! i had a farm of 4 doing sharks 76 to around 85-90

    all 4 got the banhammer and since then my accounts don't even make it to 76:(
