sooo good

@Tom

What you mean microwave messes up the nutrition? I always make food for a couple of days at a time so i won't have to cook everyday. Usually rice + chicken and I put it in the fridge, when it's time to eat I just put it in the microwave for a few minutes and go HAM. Has worked out great for me but I'd still like to know what you're going at here.

I just pointed it out to prevent bad habits/ laziness, you aren't going to lose much nutrition, if any in the microwave.
