OS Bot has a higher priority, plus, if I'm not wrong, isn't this bot supposed to be made only for OldSchool?

No. They stated they did have plans for an RS3 bot after perfecting the old school client.

I believe MGI was working on this originally but it was postponed due to the idea of the mirror client which he is now the developer of. I'm assuming once the mirror client is perfected and out of BETA the development of an RS3 botting client will continue, I may be wrong but that's what i think is the case!
