You can't trick jagex staff like that. They can check if a goldfarmer was on your account or not!!!  If there was no goldfarmer on there they wont unban you also they can see if you're acc was stolen or hicjacked by someone else

There are a few other ways to get an account unbanned but i nor anyone else is going to reveal them

Well maybe he was not a gold farmer, and yes it is possible to 'stage' such thing if you know what you're doing.

Whether such thing is worth the effort&risk is another question.
