Turns out you're wrong. If you post, and then post again shortly after it will merge the post with the above post.

Turns out you're wrong. If you post, and then post again shortly after it will merge the post with the above post. 

I guess it would give an edit tag if it was an edit...

but since i was the first post underneath the main thread
