The spam section would have to be moderated more often to avoid spam but I still agree postcount should be given. At the end of the day, it's  still another section.

    It's called spam for a reason, so no please don't do that. We would have to monitor the section more carefully and it would only cause people to complain about the staff moderating the spam section.
