Sky
Well whether or not they watch, I thought it was common thought to not post your name
Baller
i dont think so. I'm pretty sure they can't go on botting forums.

In order to be sure a control group is needed(in other words have an account not botted on also coment in public on a forum like this one and see what happens). If it turns out both the bot account and the non bot acocunt are banned; then yeah that's really scary and if not an IP ban that might give support that jagex(or more realistically individual player mods) are spying on us and then reporting the names back to jmods with proof as grounds to ban someone. Asap Ferg
i dont think so. I'm pretty sure they can't go on botting forums. I'm not being a dick I'm just wondering why jagex wouldn't be allowed here?
TwitchFast
I'm not being a dick I'm just wondering why jagex wouldn't be allowed here? It's typically covered in the ToS or something, if you're an affiliate of Jagex you're not allowed to enter, that's the gist of it. In theory they are still allowed here, it's just they cannot state that they have or use evidence procured from here, as that would prove they had been here. Lol, they can do whatever they want regardless of what the ToS says. No, Jagex does not waste their time on the forum looking for your RSN. Debot
I think jagex watches the forums to keep track of the newest bot scripts so they know where to focus on.
RoomScape
Who knows. I don't know why people would post their rsn on the forums regardless, though.
Mikasa
It's possible, but there are more factors than just that. 1) Was it a f2p account? 2) Where & what was he woodcutting? Woodcutting is a pretty high ban rate.
Extreme Scripts
Woodcutting is very high ban rate as it's used to Goldfarm a lot of the time. When you bot you should try do skills/methods which aren't common. Sorry for your loss
Anaesthetic
They most definitely watch us, but whether or not they actually look for specific account names and such and actually ban those accounts is unknown. I'm pretty sure they are mostly just looking for client updates and whatnot, so that they can update their anti-botting software and stay up-to-date. Cheers!
