hey guys basically this explains my situation.

 

hi guys. recently my runescape account got locked due to "suspicion of another user" using my account. so i suddenly email jagex and tweet jagex support about this issue to find that jagex sent me back this email.

"Hi ** *** *****",

Thank you for contacting Jagex Customer Support.

Having investigated this account, we can see that despite previously receiving a warning about selling/giving away your account, you have continued to do so.

As stated in our previous warning, account trading is a direct breach of our terms and conditions. Since this warning has been ignored we are no longer able to assist you in the recovery of this account. Jagex reserves the right to prevent access to an account if we feel that doing so is in the best interests of the RuneScape community.

You are more than welcome to create a new account or play on any others you may own; if you choose to do so please bear in mind that further incidents of selling/giving away these accounts will result in similar consequences in regards to your ownership.

You may want to refresh your memory as to the game rules to avoid instance of this happening again.

i have not sold/gave away my account. there was an issue where i had my university honors project and i had no time in which the original email was hacked and changed which is probably from a keylogger. from this i sent away a few appeals as my email kept on being changed. this is why i think jagex is not giving me my account back as my original email was hacked and multiple attempts were made. i recently recovered the account as mod steve w gave me a chance in which i successfully proved i was the original owner and had the account for 3-4days. i then realized it had JAG on the account from the hacker and asked to remove it which resulted in the account again being locked and the email set to the hacker's e-mail. and every time i try to unlock/recover my account im given the same bs copy/paste reply seen above id a mod could help me take the hackers email off and recover the account that would be great. the account has been locked for a good 2 weeks now as the hacker cannot unlock it due to him not having enough information

 

need my account back asap :/
