[Suggestion] Receive a notification for moderator actions. [Suggestion]

If a moderator moves, edits, or deletes your topic, the user will receive a notification. The user will also be notified for warning, bans, or mutes given.

Support, this would save time having to notify the users by PM when you move their threads to the correct section ^_^

Would be nice to see, although I'm sure you get a notification when you get infracted anyway so it's not something extremely big.

The hook has been implemented. To receive notifications regarding moderator actions being performed or your posts users will have to enable these notification settings.
