RoomScape Posted April 12, 2014 Author Posted April 12, 2014 (edited) They claim we just want money, they don't understand a business.Don't take marketing advice from the ignorant, otherwise you'll just be trying in veil every time trying to appease them. If people get the $250/500 donor, it's because they want to and not because they were forced to. If it's put up and have adequate benefits, people will donate. Give people an incentive to donate some money. Currently, there's a donation button and the $100 donor rank doesn't have a lot of valuable perks, but why not add those to the higher donor ranks? People are going to complain regardless so do what's best for the site. At least when they complain then you'll have no regrets. Edited April 12, 2014 by RoomScape
Nick Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 They claim we just want money, they don't understand a business. It was brought to the forums do to community demand as well, so they have no right to pin the blame specifically on OSBot "money-hungry" individuals. It's just another rank given to recognize those who have supported OSBot substanically. There's absolutely no harm in it what-so-ever. 1
eggnogrulz Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 I don't know why people complained about it in the first place O_o It's just jealousy. They claim we just want money, they don't understand a business. Let them bitch then? Why waste time trying to accommodate to the never-pleased.
RoomScape Posted April 12, 2014 Author Posted April 12, 2014 Hey, why not even being back the $50 donor rank?
