You have to buy their services at your own risk, don't be doing payments with people that have no vouches, etc. Its YOUR fault you got scammed, if you got scammed. Seriously? 100 posts is really nothing, there's quite a few things all over the forums to get a post count with. 250 at the least. Unless you have over 5 vouches. With the Moderators ALWAYS viewing threads for spam, I'm not sure people could spam to 100 tooo quickly, but you could easily get 100 posts in a week, so IDK.
