You have to buy their services at your own risk, don't be doing payments with people that have no vouches, etc. Its YOUR fault you got scammed, if you got scammed. With the Moderators ALWAYS viewing threads for spam, I'm not sure people could spam to 100 tooo quickly, but you could easily get 100 posts in a week, so IDK.
