Just thought I'd share a little discovery. Every time the server reboots, all the stocks of every shop go back to max. So if you want to make some quick money, after a reboot get a bunch of bots and use an auto buyer (like GMC top buy or something) and go buy out all those items. Things like runestores/arrow shops are great. 

 

Varrock arrow store after an update actually has tonnes of stock. You will never see stock amounts like this except for after an update
