I buy a script with paypal but this write Payment Processing Order #852933,in the orders write Pending

most likely theyre verifying your payment , probably you didnt have cash on your paypal and they deduct it from your bank account later on , but this takes time.

if you have balance already on your paypal it should work instantly since there is already money available.

Hello and before I go into it as @Rick said it is pending due to not being balance

This form of payment is known as a PayPal e-cheque which typically takes 3-5 working days to clear (in most cases) but on some others it can take longer and up to 10 if authorised correctly https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/why-has-my-payment-been-sent-as-an-echeque-faq962

I buy VIP today but is this also write payment processing, what is this? please help

It will be due to e-cheque method via your payment type, all this basically means is it should clear in 2-5 working days unless @Lost Panda or @Maldesto authorise it early I think?

Otherwise, the maximum wait would be 7-10 working days, so keep checking back and check your bank to double check it's not pending :)
