Our staff team isn't that big compared with other sites.

We only have four globals and two supers, I think that is fine.

    Everyone mod? We have like 1 Mod per every 6k users.

    imo we need more! Especially seeing as school/college has started again and the activity rate of certain staff members has dropped.

    There are rsps's with 20 staff on it with 60 people online.

    Tell me how 4 moderators and 2 supers are much for over 10K users online daily.

    Administrators should decide by the GMT times. But seems like Cortana is only one from Europe?

    Clearly by reading the comments I shall not bother putting my opinion however I agree we need more staff for different time zones.
