It's a very useful addition, and will help greatly especially for market users.

It will also conserve time so the staff won't have to waste time locking threads.

You shouldn't have forums permission just because you have the cash to spend on sponsor.

Why not?

It saves the staff time and it couldn't possibly do any harm.

This.

I fee like ANYONE should have ability to lock own threads and change own thread titles.

No harm can be done, and it saves mods time and effort for more important matters.

Anybody should be able to. Its there own content they're locking not anyone elses.

Its better than hiding for sure. I support. No harm can be done, they donated to the site and it's an added benefit. Sure :)

Anyone should be able to lock their own thread. They made the thread so why waste mods time locking it?

Don't get me wrong...

I'm all for EVERYONE being able to lock their threads, just not certain membergroups. It isn't fair that they have the ability and power to do that because they've given a high amount of $$$.

This plug in is built into the IPb member groups, so it's not like it is giving them mod powers. >_>

OT: support, it takes like 2 minutes to toggle in the ACP

I don't see why everyone couldn't have this assuming they have a x value of posts or they've been with osbot for an x value of time. There's a few reasons why new users shouldn't have access to this feature and I cba explaining why so, yeah.

Support for most of the community to get this ability, paid/free..

I agree that spons should be able to lock, it gives the rank more power for the price you pay for it, as of now it's hardly worth it; features like this would swing a lot more $$$$ towards osbot

It's an added ability, it really isn't a big deal, and most other forums allow it, there really isn't a reason not to add it.
