Try settings that minimize game interactions, that should definitely work, keeping HP under 3 for hours is not realistic

It seems to be when on the world hopping page not sure if it's everytime or if you've worldhopped x amount of times

Black Knight Titan
Khazard warlord
The Kendal
Count Draynor

 

I have the rock cake but I have no clue how to set this up right, I'm using prayer potions right now so I afford the points for absorption points and overloads but I'm pretty confused on how to set this all up.
