Juggles
Good morning friends and Happy Christmas Eve I was just wondering if accepting Amazon Giftcards as payment is a 100% safe method and cannot be charged back once applied to the account. I greatly appreciate your answers and hope everyone has an amazing day today. Maybe Santa will bring you some goodies.

Can't give an exact answer - but I'd assume if the Amazon GCs were bought with say a fraudulent card, and a dispute was raised against the transaction, it seems likely Amazon would, in turn, remove the balance from your account. Guest
As far as i'm aware yes, @TWC could help you with that info to explain better though, or maybe even @RoomScape?
Pitt
as far as i know your account will be closed or the amount will be charged from your account when u add a GC that was bought with fraudulent intentions

TWC
You would have to verify very carefully that that person actually purchased the giftcard himself. It is commonly used by scammers as a form of payment, good example would be indians calling about microsoft.
RoomScape
Yeah, it’s not safe and you can still lose it.
Y0m0
Had a friend get an amazon account shut down as it was a code that was got by fraudulent ways, wouldn't risk your account.
Magy
A bit late but no it's not 100% safe to use them. Fraudsters will buy Amazon GC's and it might cause your account to get suspended.
