That's some cool analysis but I don't think Jagex stores any data of your computer on their side because of some EU law Im not really an expert on; just read it somewhere

Look more into type of IP used to create acc (registering on website), botting hotzone and botting patterns

Mate, this has nothing to do with anything client related. The launcher just sets everything up, so it can launch the game. All this is doing is adding registry's and shit like that to allow it to be on your start  menu, desktop etc... 

Sure, they m ight have some type of logging such as "isdebuggerpresent", but what would that even do to your rs account? It runs a seperate jar file through the launcher, it doesn't actually run the game through the launcher itself.
