I set this goal after i got my torso, to be the lowest level with full penance in 07. Havnt seen lower, and the minimum possible level is 45. im 48

Yeah torso isnt what i was going for lol, thats easly because the only requirement is 40 defence. The full set requires 45 def 60 range, and if u wanna be a low level u have to cannon it

Well the people that play barbarian assault 24/7 nonstop told me theyve never seen lower than like 50. and these are the addicts that do nothing but BA and gamble their points lol. Doing it at level 45 is nearly impossible, the queens max hit is 14 and you have to hope the queen never maxes
