Hello guys, I'm friend's with Eric, this morning he had told me he had to make a refund system and pay everyone back because he's not allowed to sell scripts and so he is quitting. Whats up with that? If they work why u taking them away from us.........

If he is selling scripts that are used on the OSBot client it is pretty logical he needs to share the profit to the owners who made that bot.

Or are you explaining something different?

no not even. he didnt create the client yet hes allowed to use it and sell his prem scripts? he's using OSBots API not his own....... i did want to use his abyss script and buy it when it went premium. But seeing as though he doesnt want to because updating is slow... which isnt too slow... zach has been doing an awesome job as of lately.

The rule has always been that you're not allowed to sell scripts outside of OSBot. It just so happens that we're cracking down on it. If he's interested in staying, then I'm sure we can work something out. If it's automatic updates that bother him, then fine, I'll permit him to bypass the entire check system based on the fact that he hasn't done anything yet (that I'm aware of). I'm not sure how he's packaging his scripts, but he'd have to make it compatible with the current SDN.

Believe it or not, compromise, it exists.

Or he could give you a bit of money and keep them on the current platform?

I am fully interested in staying. If you can allow me to use the SDN and push automatic updates, I'll be happy to rewrite my code to be compatible with OSBot's SDN system.

Let's take this to PMs or Chat then (whichever you prefer, I'm on both). Let's just forget the past and let the past be the past. I'd rather look towards the future.

I know the other admins would rather it all stay on the SDN so it's a consistent framework (unless there is something so serious it would be prohibitive, but that's never happened yet).

But for a bit you would have to keep then sign in system for the premium brought off the website to expire please.

But your scripts been on the SDN would get more people to buy them so even with the 20% cut you would make the same or more moeny :D

They're not greedy, it's to prevent scamming and people coming to admins. If any of you think the admins are greedy, you should just go back to pb and hate on Paris.

Divine quit because he didn't get paid.

I really hope you can get this sorted out, i wouldn't mind to pay extra (so you dont lose profit) to be able to keep using your scripts.
