Client Status Self Check List

Featured Replies

CURRENT STATUS: ONLINE

Here are a few simple questions to ask yourself to determine whether the client is down or not:

Is your internet working? If you are reading this then most likely it is working fine. Go here

if you cannot tell if your internet is working.

Has the client ever worked for you before? If your answer is no, try downloading the latest JDK from here

If that doesn't work, try searching the forums. If you find nothing on the forums, go to chat and ask for some help.

Have you downloaded the latest version of the Client? If you are unsure, try downloading it again! You can do that at the top of the community page by clicking "Download" cuTYt0E.png Or going to http://osbot.org/ and scrolling down and click "Download"

If you have answered yes to all of these, and the client is still not working, it is down. Please allow a few hours as the development team is working hard to fix the issues and get the client up and running again.

Undownload all previous versions then download the newest ones if you already have the latest one and it won't work. This works but the client is down ATM so don't try this right now.

Thanks, now it's our job to redirect all the newbies!

You're welcome. Hopefully someone will learn from this :p

A quick little tip to all those newcomers/leachers, when Osbot client says [OFFLINE] this means that the client is in fact offline, not online.

I hope this helped, more tips and tricks coming from me soon.

The client is down right now, as what @georqeee said it does say [OFFLINE] on it.

The newest update broke the hooks, most oldshchool clients are down now.

or you could look at the chat,

if (Chat.playerCount > 35) {

bot = down;
}

and the hooks are updateable within 3 hours, i doubt that was the problem

I never said that was the sole reason as to why it is down.

never said you did

Another way to see if the bot is down is by a high amount of people in the chat.

IF THE CHAT IS FILLED WITH OVER 50+ PEOPLE THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE BOT. #FACT
