They stated that if you were monitored a while ago and you get reported they will compare the previous behaviour with the current behaviour. If they do such a thing I assume they probably stock your ip too if you get banned.

I have 2 botting bans on my current IP, and no other bans for the last month.

    Have at least 10 bans on an IP I use and my new accounts aren't banned faster or anything. :)
