Hazard has no purpose, it's just for fun. It was used for dangerous people, but now it has absolutely no purpose :p

Are Moderator PiP caries the benefits of VIP. And the hazard group is currently undefined as of right now.

You think they work for free? Obviously some benefit other than a cash compensation.
