Biotin is a supplement. By which one do you mean the dosage?

I take a 10mg tablet daily. I don't have hair loss tho. I have long-ish hair, so I take it to keep my hair healthy and promote growth.

cool I have to check this out. I'm hair around my crown just started thining but it isn't bad. I just don't wanna go bald.

Be sure to take into account the foods you eat as well. The entire body functions off the fuel we give to ourselves. :)

The least amount of greasy, animal based, processed, fatty foods as possible, and plenty of greens/veggies/fruits. You get the idea.
