I highly recommend @Token. You choose your User and pass, they are all virgin proxies.

I've used proxyfish, they offer a free ip change if you mess up and get banned too.

(obviously they're user:pass authed) I've been using proxyfish myself for a little while now, and couldn't recommend them more
