Explanation: I did a rune defender on his account, started at 7 PM on Friday night, got done at 7 am Saturday. (12 hours)  I messaged him multiple times on Skype seeing if he was online for my payment. He kept ignoring me. I finally say hello at 9;52 on Sunday and he replies "?" He then wanted me to do all f2p quests on his acc. We didn't agree on a price so he called me a scrub and said he couldn't pay me tonight. He also put a false feedback about a torso which I told him I don't do torso. He's lying and still has not payed me. I can link whole skype convo if needed.
