Why is it that if you scamquit but refund you're allowed back as a TWC, yet if you threaten through anger you're instantly IP banned? Doesn't this just lead to more scamquitters through vading? Discuss pls.

I personally think threatening should just be given TWC for a while, IP ban seems a little extreme  considering the amount of people allowed to come back who've done far worse things.

We usually ban, and let them appeal and twc. If you are referring to k9, he was banned and then called me racist slurs, and talked about my wife and son. He will not be allowed back.

The k9 thread was what sparked the post, your reaction makes sense though. However, how do you appeal if you're banned from the forums? Instant TWC would make more sense to me, although I suppose people are stupid so that gives a little extra chance of someone being scammed.

Not hard to use a proxy hundreds have done it.

Whilst yes, I did wrong on my behalf with me and @Maldesto we have put it behind us, other people on the other hand cant get a grip of their own brains.

I've had people talk about my family and sure i'll bait them back just for the joy of trolling. However I have never woke up in the morning and said "oh I think it's a fucking great day to scam quit" because i'm not a complete scum bag. 

Yes, i'm a cunt myself. Yes i'm an asshole to many people also, then again I have a reason if i'm an asshole to someone. Respect is earned not just given people need to realize that, and when you're going to try act big on the internet to only just pathetically scam quit then piss off instead of ruining it for the rest of us who actually enjoy it here.

Imo, the most fucked up part was when K9 started to mention Maldesto's Wife and Son, that's bang out of order bruv. I think it wouldn't have been as bad as this if he didn't

K9 did not attempt to scam quit @Dbuffed. He did threaten to attempt so though, which isn't something we take lightly here. When you look at that, in addition to how he reacted, a permanent ban isn't out of reason at all. If anything, justified.
