Phaibooty has just charged back £14 from me on paypal. What can be done about it? Can i appeal it?

Looks like he has scammed a couple people. Open a dispute on the forums -> HERE <-

As for getting the money back. Not sure if there is really anything you can do about it. You can try calling Paypal and letting them know that you sold him Virutal Goods

What I suggest doing is calling up Paypal, they'll see that this guy has charged back most of his transactions and reverse it, i've done this before.

 

He scammed me too. It should be resolved though when Paypals offices are open, fingers crossed.

Question how long after they made a purchase with paypal do you need to wait so they cant charge it back 

or isnt there anytime 

The user has been banned, and will have to pay everyone back if he ever expects to return.
