I think there is definitely a difference in pricing.

Accounts that look more real seems to be banned less than an account that seems automatically generated.

I wouldn't pay more for that, maybe for the char name.

No but I have 4 accounts currently finished within tutorial island if you would like to buy them.

I'd say they're worth more, or at least I'd pay more if I were in the market for such things. The username is equally as important IMO. No point in having a 'real' email and then 12348972384972 username.
